The System

This system is an FDA, TGA and CE Mark-registered Class II medical device for colon cleansing and before radiological or endoscopic examination. Colon hydrotherapy takes place in an integrated clinical setting, affording the customer both modesty and dignity and the therapist ease-of-use. The system is an ergonomically comfortable, open-lounge system that allows for the reclining patient to release the contents of the colon and bladder at will. Tempered water is purified with both ultraviolet and carbon filtration.

System is cleaned with hospital grade disinfectant after every use.

The features of system are:
*  Basin design allows release of the contents of the colon and bladder at will
*  Uses pencil thin round tip sterile disposable rectal tube (1cm diameter,     and inserted only 2cm into the rectum)
*  Flushing valve for clearing the viewing tube
*  Shower sprayer with volumn control for personal hygiene and system     cleaning
*  Shower sprayer on top of tower for sanitizing the water tank and pipes

The Procedure

Step 1:
(For 1st time customers) When you arrive for your appointment, you will be asked to fill out a simple customer form which will document your general health and any contraindications. When this is all confirmed by the therapist, you will be shown a 3 minute video of how the system works.
(For regular customers) When you arrive for your appointment, you will be asked to confirm that there are no current contraindications.
Step 2:
You will be taken into your own private room, and demonstrated the position and reminded of the procedure. After the therapist leaves the room, you may undress your lower body and position yourself on the system (with the pillow and cushioned backrest in place). After you are comfortably positioned, you then put on the gloves provided to you and apply the lubricant yourself to the anal area and the tip of the tube. This will aid in the smooth insertion of the sterile disposable rectal tube. You will be provided a fresh towel to cover up yourself. When you are ready, press the bell for the therapist.
Step 3:
The therapist will knock on the door and enter your room. She will turn on the flow switch, temperature control, and system internal fan (to extract out any odours) and make sure everything is fine. The procedure can be stopped at anytime by simply turning off the flow switch to stop the gravity-flow stream of water, or by you simply sliding back off the rectal tube and resting on the system.
Step 4:
You will be given the remote control to TV and have full control of entertainment, or simply listen to the radio station of your choice. The therapist will check on you whenever required, or you may simply want to be left alone throughout the whole session if there are no complications. The session will last approximately 45 minutes.
Step 5:
At end of the session, the therapist will knock on the door and enter the room. She will show you where the shower sprayer is and leave the room for you to rinse your personal area while sitting on the system. After rinsing, you may use the towel to dry off and then get dressed to leave the room.
Step 6:
Upon finishing the session, you will be able to self-serve tea in lounge area and can enjoy free internet surfing or magazine reading.

Smiley Daisy Colonic has a total of 4 therapy rooms. In-room features include: LCD TV & DVD, radio clock, scented candle, green plant, vanity unit, mirror, chair, cloth hanger, towel, tissues and toilet paper. (Please view photos on the left)

The Lounge waiting area has free internet, magazines and self-serve tea area. (Please view photos on the left and below).   You can relax and enjoy all these features while you wait for your therapy room being prepared by our therapist, and also after your therapy.
